Place: Online and Onsite at the Center (str. Tipografiei nr. 18 int 7)
In our third meeting in the Approaching Buddhism series we will get acquainted with the Tibetan Buddhist path to awakening in its entirety.
Together we will go through an overview of the story of the Buddha, and the unique ssystem of putting Buddhist philosophy into practice – the lamrim, or graduated path to enlightenment.
Like in previous modules from identical series of events, there will be a second meeting focused on practical approaches to the topic, one week after the theoretical course. The purpose of this second meeting is to consolidate the information from the “Presenting the Path” lesson from a practical point of view.
These events are meant as an essential stepping stone for anyone who wants to develop their Buddhist spirituality more deeply, and will prepare the participants for the official FPMT course “Discovering Buddhism”.
