Approaching Buddhism- Lesson #8: Establishing a Daily Practice

📅 Thursday, 21st of May 2026
🕐 Time: 18:30 – 20:00
🗪 Language: English
📍 ZOOM Link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82690315841

In our 8th meeting in the “Approaching Buddhism” series – “Establishing a Daily Practice”, we will be introduced by Ven. Tenzin Gendun to tools with which we can develop a successful daily practice.
Together we will cover: elements we can add to our daily practice to consolidate it, and to generate realizations, and tips for making every action we do meaningful.

Like in previous modules from identical series of events, there will be a second meeting focused on practical approaches to the topic, one week after the theoretical course. The purpose of this second meeting is to consolidate the information from the “Establishing a Daily Practice” lesson from a practical point of view.

These events are meant as an essential steppingstone for anyone who wants to develop their Buddhist spirituality more deeply and will prepare the participants for the official FPMT course “Discovering Buddhism”.
