Eveniment onsite – Centrul Budist White Mahakala

 Vă invităm miercuri 14 februarie 2024, între 18:00 – 19:30, la un eveniment special care vă oferă oportunitatea de a-l întâlni pe Geshe Thubten Sherab și de a petrece timp împreună cu comunitatea noastră.

Am vrut să profităm de această oportunitate minunată de a avea un geshe printre noi și l-am rugat să ne învețe cum să medităm mai bine pe Sutra Inimii, să ne ofere învățături prin transmitere orală a textului și a unor mantre.
Sutra Inimii reprezintă o declarație a modului în care sunt lucrurile cu adevărat, învățătură cheie Mahayana, o condensare a tuturor Sutrelor Prajnaparamita (a doua rotire a roții dharmei a lui Buddha). Pentru a înțelege cuvintele reale ale Sutrei Inimii, este util să-i explorezi mai întâi fundalul în tradiția budistă, precum și semnificațiile „prajnaparamita” și „emptiness”.

 Geshe Thubten Sherab – Maestru al noii generații 
Născut în 1967 într-un mic sat din nordul Nepalului, Geshe Thubten Sherab l-a avut ca maestru pe însuși Dalai Lama și a primit cel mai înalt grad de erudiție filosofică budistă Geshe Lharampa, echivalent cu titlul de Doctorat (PhD).
Abordarea sa este una actuală, conștient fiind de nevoia omului zilelor noastre de a găsi soluții practice pentru problemele cu care se confruntă zilnic.

Event onsite – White Mahakala Buddhist Center

 We invite you on Wednesday, February 14, from 18:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., to a special event that gives you the opportunity to meet Geshe Thubten Sherab and spend time together with our community.

We wanted to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to have a geshe among us and asked him to teach us how to meditate better on the Heart Sutra, to offer teachings, oral transmission of the text and some mantras.
The Heart Sutra is a statement of the way things really are, the key teaching of the Mahayana, a condensation of all the Prajnaparamita Sutras (the second turning of the Buddha’s wheel of dharma), or an explanation of emptiness in a nutshell. To understand the actual words of the Heart Sutra, it is helpful to first explore its background in the Buddhist tradition, as well as the meanings of “prajnaparamita” and “emptiness.”

 Geshe Thubten Sherab – A Master from the New Generation 
Born in 1967 in a small village in North of Nepal, Geshe Thubten Sherab had Dalai Lama as his master and he received the highest philosophical erudition title Geshe Lharampa, equivalent of a PhD. His approach is contemporary, being aware of the need of the modern man to find practical solutions for daily stressful problems.
