We find ourselves rushing from the second we wake up to when we set our alarms before we go to bed. But, at the end of the day, what makes our time truly valuable?
In this meeting we will look at Buddhist wisdom and what it has to say about the vast opportunity that is our human life, how we can truly make the most of every breathing second.
In brief:
We will go through the Four Remembrances, and work out how they can help us ground ourselves in the present moment, and in wise, skillful action and thought.
