These past weeks were marked by the Easter holidays, days of enormous religious and spiritual importance which focus on themes of death, rebirth, new life and hope. Likewise in Buddhist tradition, Death, and Rebirth play central roles: they are the processes that surround and define our existence.

In this event we will be guided by Ven. Thubten Dechen in exploring the process of death and rebirth and its impact on how we live our lives. Together we will cover: the Buddhist concepts of Death, and Rebirth, the Buddhist Path to fulfill your purpose in life, resolve conflicts, and develop the skills to help yourself and others at death.

  – 12:30 – 13:30 Lunch Break
  – 13-30 – 15:00 Questions and Answers, practical exercises and Open Discussion

These events are meant as an essential steppingstone for anyone who wants to develop their Buddhist spirituality more deeply, and will prepare the participants for the official FPMT course “Discovering Buddhism”.
